Paid users: in-app support

If you have an active Venturi subscription, the fastest way to get help is directly from the app:

  1. Open the Venturi app on your iPhone or Android device.
  2. Go to the Me tab (bottom right).
  3. Tap your profile to open the Profile page.
  4. Select Support / Feature Request to send us a message.

Update to the latest version of Venturi from the App Store or Google Play, and confirm your network connection is stable. If something still doesn't look right we're happy to troubleshoot.

Frequently asked questions

How do I contact Venturi support?
Paid subscribers can reach us directly from the app (Me tab → Profile → Support / Feature Request). Anyone can email app@venturisports.com — include the email you sign in with and any screenshots that help explain the issue.
Does Venturi sync with Apple Health and HealthKit?
Yes. Venturi reads and writes workouts to Apple HealthKit with your explicit permission. Foil, wing, kite, surf, and SUP sessions are stored as HealthKit workouts and synced back into the app.
Can I connect Garmin and Strava to Venturi?
Yes. Connect Garmin via OAuth from the Profile tab to pull in activities and health metrics. Strava is supported via the webhook integration — activities recorded on Strava can appear in your Venturi feed.
How accurate are the wind and wave forecasts?
Forecasts are powered by Meteosource for wind and NOAA for tides and waves. For supported locations we also pull live readings from nearby Ecowitt weather stations, which are typically the most accurate source for the current moment.
Can I share a foil spot, session, or activity with a friend?
Yes. Every spot, activity, and downwind route has a shareable link (venturisports.com/spot/…, /activity/…, /downwindroute/…). On iOS, tapping the link opens directly in the Venturi app via universal links.
How do I delete my Venturi account?
You can submit a deletion request at venturisports.com/delete-data. We verify your identity, remove your account and user-generated content, and confirm via email within 30 days.
Is Venturi free?
The core app is free. Premium features (advanced forecasts, session tracking at scale, unlimited spot favorites) are available via a subscription managed through RevenueCat in the App Store or Google Play.
Does the Apple Watch app track foiling sessions?
Yes. The Venturi Apple Watch companion records GPS, speed, and heart rate for foil, wing, and surf sessions and syncs back to the iPhone app.
